I am please to inform you on the updates on Afghan Women’s Network that has been effective January 01, 2010.

As you know AWN is currrently active in Afghanistan and Pakistan. Its is my pleasure to annouce the setting up of AWN regional office at the Netherlands. I will be sharing very soon with all of you the formal opening of our regional office.

AWN has also been busy with the restructuring of the organization for a while. As a result, I am pleased to introduce Ms. Samira Hamid, as Afghanistan Country Director for AWN. Some of you must have already met or heard about her.
